Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We will ship all orders the same day if placed before 12pm Monday-Friday, if your order is placed after 12pm it will be shipped the next business day. We offer USPS first class shipping (3-7 business days) as well as USPS priority (2-4 business days). Sometimes USPS includes Saturday as a delivery day, however none of these options specifically include Saturday or Sunday delivery. USPS does guarantee the priority shipping times, however not the first class shipping times. If you have any issues once your package has been shipped please reach out to USPS, after your order leaves our facility the only information we can see is what is on your tracking number. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Local Pickup
We offer Local pickup in McKinney TX only. We have coupled with a local vape shop, Central Vapors, who has allowed us to use their storefront for pickup orders. None of our inventory is located at the vape shop, so please wait until you receive an email that states your order is ready for pickup before you come pick it up. Returns Policy
We only accept returns for unopened products. You have 15 days after receiving the order to contact us regarding a return. You as a customer is responsible for return shipping and only after receiving the product will we issue a refund minus initial shipping costs. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) please contact us as soon as possible if you have received an incorrect or defective product.
Please allow 2 to 7 business days of transit time for us to receive your return,

If you would like a refund we will issue it the same day we receive and inspect your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank to release the funds and process the refund on their end.
